Janet, You are so beautiful and your episode is great!. You made me so hungry that I may run out to the store and get the ingredients for making your superb butternut squash soup. Yammy….Looking forward to more of your episodes. You are the best!

Janet is an interesting and natural chef – no pun intended. Who knew that it could be so simple to make a healthy squash soup? I will try this recipe at home. I think it may also be yummy with a dash of curry.
This is the best instructional video for making fresh ingredients into a healthy soup. I’ve never attempted cooking soup from scratch, but Janet’s easy-to-follow directions made the project look fun. Since I’m a new chef, my family was surprised to hear chopping and blending sounds coming from the kitchen; followed by a mouth-watering aroma. And voila…my family absolutely loved this soup and they were so proud that I could make something that didn’t come in a can!!! I think new chef knives may be coming for Mother’s Day.
Hi Dianne, I’m thrilled that you tried the soup, and that you know now it’s a lot easier than you thought it would be, and delicious too! You are an inspiration to us all. Please let me know how things go for you, and send some photos, we would all love to see what you’re cooking up!
I made this last night – and yes! It was soooo easy and delicious! I think it tasted even better today. It was a big hit – my hubby loved it. I ended up making homemade croutons to put in the soup (since I didn’t have any crackers- to my husband’s dismay). Thanks for the recipe, Janet! Keep the yummies comin’! Can’t wait to try that Pesto Chesse Loaf! Yum!
